PARTICIPANT TESTIMONIALS
’The process of creating art with a brilliant group of individuals was absolutely incredible, and the opportunity to present our work publicly within an exhibition is something that is almost unheard of in any other institution. Refining my photographic and artistic capabilities within this workshop was amazingly enjoyable, especially thanks to the wonderful community involved. This was a truly unique experience that I thoroughly enjoyed, and I would love to continue enjoying it over many years to come.’ - Jona
‘Having such a unique opportunity like this has made me very grateful of the community I’m surrounded with and has opened my eyes to the potential of the area I live in. A marvellous combination of professional experience, relaxed discussion, open creativity, and the feeling of a safe space created such a comfortable yet valuable environment that was often the part of the week I most looked forward to. The continuity of this program is the continuity of a thriving hive of young minds that feel their needs for a creative outlet are met. Exceeding every expectation I had, this workshop was an invaluable experience for myself, and I would (and have) recommend it to the people closest to me.’ - Liem
‘Being able to produce artworks and pass them through a genuine gallery process is very inspiring as It gives me hope that one day I can do this in the future for myself ☺ Sean and Aishah are fantastic at what they do and do an equally fantastic job at passing down their knowledge to us in a coherent manner which inspires us to learn more. This program means the earth to me and im so grateful that this program is able to run.’ -Luc
‘I had lots of fun doing this workshop and gallery, I liked it because it was a great outlet to explore my appreciation for Melbourne through the medium of photography which I appreciate. It was also a great way to meet with other people who like photography also.’ -Archie
